Decrease in the Salary of Cadets.
Increase to Salary of 3rd Clerk, and Contingencies.
Increase in the pay of 2 Shroffs, and employment of a Constable for collecting Village Rates.
Stipulated Increase of Salaries to 2 Clerks of Works, and 3 Overseers. Salaries to Land Surveyors, Overseer of Buildings, and Land Bailiff. Also Salaries to Sanitary Surveyor, Inspector of Live Stock, 6 Foremen of Street Cleaners, Market Scavengers, Watchmen of Markets, &c. Additional Postman.
Market Inspector, Scavengers, and the rest of Staff transferred to Sanitary Sub-department.
Increase in Personal Allowance to 3rd Clerk, and Salaries to the Staff of Imports and Exports Office.
Stipulated increment to Head Gardener and 2 Apprentices Salaries.
Salary and Allowance to Land Office Staff transferred to Establishment.
Increase in Salaries and Contingencies, to provide for the increased Staff of Masters required for the new Central School.
Increase to the Salary of Colonial Surgeon. Stipulated Increase to the Salaries of Apothecary, Student Apothecary, and Clerk, and Salary of an Assistant Apothecary.
Increase in the Salary of one Inspector, and Personal Allowance to Inspector Cradock, and re-Arrangement of Sergeants and Constables.
